Within each changing area you will find a Helo Sauna.  Helo Saunas have brought health and wellbeing to people all over the world for over 100 years, as well as to users of TF4L for over 20 years!

FREE to all members aged 18 and over. Guest rates available for non-members access.

Men's Sauna availability:

Monday 5.00pm to 8.00pm

Friday 5.00pm to 8.00pm

Sunday 8.30am to 12.30pm
