Our long association with the ‘Noble Art’ continues…
Since opening in 2001, we’ve always had some form of boxing training provision in our downstairs studio. That provision peaked during when we were home to Hawick Boxing Club for close to 15 years, and after they left to move into their own premises, we kept a lot of kit available due to its popularity. Now in its very own dedicated area, complete with rubber flooring, boxing training fans and novices alike can enjoy a great form of training and stress release!
Match up to a range of ‘opponents’!
Four very different punchbags and a floor-to-ceiling bag are there for you to hone your skills and get the heart and lungs pumping. If you time your visit right, you’ll find some local boxing legends keeping their skills sharp, always happy to offer training tips and advice. There is also a speedball located in the Strength Studio.
