It combines unique design with awesome feeling and technology to enable riders to be in the front line of the action. Ultra smooth and very, very quiet, we have 16 of these bikes in our ICE Studio.
Instructor led classes and virtual classes – all day every day!
The sound system is pumping, and the lights are flashing to create the ultimate indoor cycling experience during our instructor led classes. Discounted for members, these classes will take you on a journey different to any other. Sign up for a block at reception. 5.45pm each night Monday thru Thursday, with a 6.45 pm class too every Monday.
When the lights stop flashing, MYZONE virtual classes are on the big screens at the half past point of every hour. Jump in at any time you wish to ride along and experience trails from all over the world including local favourite Keilder Forest.
