Our Gymnasium

Equipped by Technogym, we have the best machines available from the world’s number one equipment manufacturer, who have supplied the Olympic Village at the last three Olympic Games. In addition to the 22 cardio machines and eight resistance machines, we have ab, swiss ball, and free-weights areas, as well as our Spinning Zone with ten official Startrac Spinning bikes, to make up our 50-station capacity gymnasium.

Backed up with a contract with Technogym Direct, our machines are serviced twice annually, whilst we have enjoyed an average response time of 20 hours for the few call outs we’ve had to request. In simple terms, our equipment seldom breaks down, but if it does, it’s not for long, meaning you can train with peace of mind.

With a new gym challenge every six weeks, and one-off special challenges from suppliers, not only are there always prizes to be won, but there is always something to keep you motivated, as well as records to be broken.
