“The hardest thing you will do is walk through the door for the first time. Once you have achieved that the rest is easy. What’s included?
Within the hours of your chosen package, you are entitled to unlimited use of the Gymnasium and Saunas. You are also entitled to unlimited use of the Spinning Zone, Launch Studio, and Boxing Zone, however these are subject to availability and bookings. As part of our Total Wellness package and after your initial full induction, all Health Checks and Personal Training Programmes as well as re-tests to chart your progress are included free-of-charge on an ongoing basis. Gold members can also enjoy Boxercise and Body Blitz classes for free every week as part of the Gold package. All members also enjoy healthy discounts for blocks of Launch, Spinning, and Yoga, in addition to discounted Vibrostation sessions.


Monthly paid subscriptions
Minimum subscription is one year, although by paying a £3o cancellation fee in advance of membership termination, all remaining payments up to the one year point become void. Full terms and conditions are available from reception.


Please note: All prices quoted are for annual memberships unless stated otherwise. The difference in price between paying monthly and paying annually represents our charge to your for credit.
