Our experienced Fitness Instructors sees each new client when they
arrive to assess their current health and fitness levels and discuss
their goals. The client and instructor then work together to design
a realistic exercise programme to suit their lifestyle. Our instructors
make sure they stay on target by regularly monitoring their progress.
