Something For Everyone

We are more than just a gym. We have a second gym in our Launch Studio, equipped with Technogym’s revolutionary Easyline range, offering classes and unstructured use every week. This room is also home to our Yoga School, and is available for rent at certain times.

Our Fitness Studio is on the ground floor, where we run in-house classes. Also home to our Boxing Zone, this studio is used by a number of groups, and is available to rent, again at certain times.

When the hard work is over, we also have exclusive male and female saunas, as well as a tanning room equipped with a top-of-the-range sunshower.

From senior school pupils through to senior citizens, we cater for everyone regardless of age or ability, with special rates available. Indeed, in 2006 our full gold membership package was £10 cheaper per month than the national average.

Leading The Way

In December 2005, we became the first club in Scotland to take delivery of Technogym’s revolutionary CARDIOWAVE, when we purchased three machines.

Acclaimed the best cardio workout ever by institutes worldwide, CARDIOWAVE is different to any cardio workout ever seen before. Through different standing positions, users can work a range of the core muscles within the stomach and lower back, as well as all leg muscles.

Friendly Atmosphere

A common misconception is that gyms are full of groups of young, muscular bodies posing in front of walls of mirrors.

In our gym, you will find people of all shapes and sizes, young and old. Many with different personal goals, but all with the same basic aim of trying to be fit and healthy.

A meeting place, a place to make new friends, a place to even meet friends of old.
