Since opening in August 2001, we have constantly strived for improvement to give Hawick a facility to be proud of. We pride ourselves on having the best equipment available as well as having highly trained and experienced staff.

This was recognised in March 2002, when we won the Shell/Livewire ‘Young Entrepreneur of the Year’ Award for the Scottish Borders.

All of our instructors are members of the Register of Exercise Professionals. This is a national body that ensures all instructors in the UK are qualified and competent.
