"In just 12 weeks, I managed to shed almost a stone-and-a-half, lose over a fifth of my body fat, and change my body shape. After the initial tough first few weeks, you soon find things easier and you get a buzz from working out and from the progress you are making. Variation helps and I combined two Spinning classes per week with regular gym visits on top of other activities outside of the gym.
