Come along and work your entire body in this endurance-based, circuit-style class. Using different equipment every week, this class offers you a varied workout everytime, as well as the motivation to push you harder.

FREE to Gold Members, £3 for Silver, Bronze and Non-members. Bookings not required; just turn up on the night. First-timers should come ten minutes earlier for a quick introduction.
